Atalanta BC winger Amad Traore is set to make the move to Manchester United next month after receiving his passport and work permit.
The teenager was signed by the Red Devils last summer, but he could not join the club due to passport and work permit issues.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer recently said that he was hopeful that the winger would link up with the club in January and that appears the case.
Traore, who was born in the Ivory Coast, has finally received his Italian passport and the all-important work permit to join the Red Devils.
The youngster has yet to make a significant impact at the senior level, but he has caught the eye with his displays for the reserves.
He bagged 13 goals and 15 assists in 43 outings for Atalanta’s Primavera side where he has impressed with his dribbling and quick feet.
The 18-year-old may not be instantly integrated into the first-team plans and may play for the Under-23s for the rest of the season.
